The complete redesign of a garden - is a tailor made package and includes the following:
- Initial FREE consultation
- Garden brief
- Budget requirements

Stage 1
- Full site survey and design assessment
- Initial sketch designs in black and white
- Re-assessment consultation

Stage 2
- A Garden Design plan in black & white is provided x 1 in A1 plan and axonometric format
- This may also include the following:
- Associated design details and construction drawings as required
- Colour concept charts showing relevant images and samples.
- Planting plans

Stage 3
- Re-assessment consultation and overview of budget
- Implementation of design, construction and planting
- Establish Maintenance requirements for the year.

DESIGN MASTERPLAN COST: 10% commission fee exc. VAT based on the final cost of the project.

All Design Masterplan Projects are assessed individually and payments are according to the size of the project. Payments can be at regular intervals in agreement with the client.

We have a standard terms and project contract that protects your interest from the initial concept to project completion.

We also provide you with a project management sheet so that you can monitor the progress of your garden project.
